Join the team at Puritan & Company in Cambridge for a five-course dinner meant to spotlight the incredible local ingredients and flavors. Amongst the dishes that’ll be served during this month’s series of farm feasts: beet pierogi with fermented honey, goat cheese and pickled shallots; beef short rib pappardelle with crispy garlic and sweet peppers; and pumpkin churros with oat milk ice cream and rosemary maple syrup.
