Dumpling Making Party with Chef Patty Chen

Make traditional Taiwanese-American dumplings with the Happy Chef Patty Chen, owner of the Dumpling Room in Cambridge. Learn to make five different shapes and stuff them with two different fillings. Light bites/tapas will be served to start the evening, and of course, you can eat your creations afterward.
