Boston French Film Festival

July 10, 2019 (1 mins to read)

The Boston Museum of Fine Arts hosts the 23rd annual Boston French Film Festival July 11-28. This year’s festival boasts an eclectic lineup of 20 new films produced in France—from comedy and romance to experimental cinema. This year’s festival opens on July 11 with a free outdoor screening of the gleefully absurd comedy The Trouble with You, starring Audrey Tautou and Adéle Haenel, and continues through July 28.

While visiting the MFA, explore the bold designs of Toulouse-Lautrec’s posters and experiment with Art Nouveau styles while dreaming of scenes of 19th-century Paris.
